Derek van Niekerk has spent more than 20 years in financial and general management in the agro-industrial environment, and in change management, with focus on simplification of processes, efficiency, cost control and accountability based in Swaziland.

HRH Princess Phumelele is a Member of Parliament of the Kingdom of Eswatini and sits in parliamentary committees overseeing the operations of government ministries and committees for rural development, preservation and promotion of Swati culture, HIV/AIDS and gender issues all around Swaziland.

Busangani G. Mkhaliphi is employed by the Ministry of Finance as Director of Public Enterprises Unit. Busangani G. Mkhaliphi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Swaziland Post and Telecommunication Corporation where she sits in the Remunerations and Audit Committees in Swaziland.

Dr Absalom Themba Dlamini is the Chairman of the RSSC Board. He is the current Managing Director of Tibiyo Taka Ngwane. He is the former Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Absalom Themba Dlamini has served in institutions, such as the Central Bank of Swaziland, Swaziland National Provident Fund and Swaziland Industrial Development Company.

Ms Susan Nkumane joined SWSC in September 1999 as Internal Auditor and became Internal Audit Manager in 2003. In July 2014 she was appointed Finance Director, a position she still holds to date.
