Cecilia Mampe Kotsi

Cecilia Mampe Kotsi currently serves as the Deputy Chairperson of Council of the NHBRC. Ms. Kotsi has vast experience in public administration and legislation having served as both an MP in the national assembly and an MPL in the Western Cape legislature where she was also appointed as a Deputy Speaker. A passionate activist at heart Ms Kotsi is currently part of the Minister of Human Settlement National Rapid Response Team (NRRTT).

Cecilia Mampe Kotsi holds an Advanced Diploma in Economics Policy and a Diploma in Continuing Adult Education from the University of the Western Cape (UWC), South Africa.
