Chi-Ying (Joe) Wu

Chi-Ying (Joe) Wu was appointed as a non-executive director of SOEW in 2004 and of South Ocean Holdings in January 2007. He is the Assistant President of the management service department and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of Hong-Tai Electrical Industrial Co., Limited. Chi-Ying (Joe) Wu has a wide range of experience in accounting, financial, administration and internal control systems.
