Chishala K Tembo

A seasoned finance professional and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and FZICA, Mrs Chishala Tembo has had a flourishing and longstanding finance career spanning close to twenty years.

After working for ZCCM and KPMG, she joined the National Pension Scheme Authority as an Audit Manager in 2001. She later served as Finance Manager and subsequently rose in the ranks and served in different capacities, including Director Information Technology and Administration and Director Projects before settling in her current position.

Mrs Tembo’s academic record speaks volumes about her desire and determination to take accounting to another level.  Beginning her studies at the Accountancy Training College in Chingola, Zambia, where she obtained a Certificate in Accountancy and ACCA Level II, she then went to the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies to complete her ACCA and pursued the Higher Diploma in Project Management from Cambridge University of International Studies. She later graduated with an MBA specialising in Strategic Planning from Heriot Watt University – United Kingdom.
