CLIFF TOERIEN

Cliff has over 28 years’ experience in the listed and non-listed commercial real estate sector with a focus on fund, portfolio and operations management. He has been directly involved in commercial, retail and industrial property leasing and sales, as well as property portfolio and asset management, and has a good knowledge of the Western Cape’s commercial property market.

As COO, he is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of Spear’s property and asset management team, which ensures that the lifeblood of the business remains that of an active and fully engaged Landlord.

In his free time, Cliff spends time with his family, being in nature, and enjoys surfing photography.
