Colleta Simbanegavi is the Head of Botswana Life’s Affluent Division. With over 23 years’ experience in the insurance, exposure in local, regional and international markets, extensive knowledge in Life Assurance Administration and Underwriting, traditional as well as emerging innovative insurance distribution channels that target all client segments from the unbanked to the high-end, Colleta brings unparalleled experience to strengthen Botswana Life’s value proposition to high-end clients.

Colleta previously worked for First Mutual Life Assurance Company Zimbabwe.

She is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA), and she holds a Masters in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University (UK), an advanced Diploma in Insurance Studies (South Africa), A Diploma in Public Relations and certificates in Micro-insurance studies, amongst other qualifications.
