Cosmos Dylan Shaduka

Cosmos Shaduka is a social entrepreneur with analytical, technical, and leadership acumen honed by serving in various leadership capacities in the mining industry for over five years. He is currently the managing partner of an energy and resource entity, Renu Energy Namibia, where he presides over the enterprise’s strategy, operations, and resources. Cosmos is the chairperson of the Lukas Shaduka Foundation, a charitable organization that focuses on poverty alleviation and sustainable development through community empowerment and basic infrastructure improvement drives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Sciences and a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, from the University of the Western Cape and University Of Cape Town Graduate School Of Business, respectively. Upon completing the Fellowship, Cosmos intends to return and use the exposure gained to guide Renu Energy Namibia from infancy to maturity and plough back into the enterprises’ corporate social responsibility arm, and community as a whole.
