Craig Smith

Craig Smith holds a MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investments from the University of Reading as well as a Bcom (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management and a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town (UCT). He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and MRICS designations. Craig began his career with the Standard Bank Group in 2008 as an investment analyst and asset manager in their real estate investment division. Thereafter he moved to Stanlib Asset Management in 2011 as a buy-side analyst and was subsequently promoted to a portfolio manager within the listed property team. Prior to joining Anchor Stockbrokers he was an Associate Director in the sub-Saharan Africa capital markets team at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he was responsible for executing various capital markets mandates.
