D. K. ADEDEJI

Mr. Adedeji is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan and an MBA (Finance) from the ESUT Business School. He joined the company in 1992 from Z. O. Ososanya& Co (Chartered Accountants). He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He has attended several conferences and workshops both nationally and internationally. He is on the board of Trust Fund Pension Plic and also an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

Mr. Adedeji is a professional with over 26years in both public and private Audit practice, Insurance, Capital Market, Management and Consultancy. In addition to his quest for excellence, he has sound knowledge of modern audit practice and deep understanding of
operational and institutional framework for the regulation of the Insurance Industry and the capital market.
