DB FABIAN is the principal and founding partner of Fabian Architects (est. 1975) who have been responsible for many significant property developments in Cape Town. DB FABIAN was a non-executive director of the JSE listed Spearhead Property Group Limited. He is also a director of numerous private property development and investment companies.
