Dhari Moodley

Dhari Moodley has expert experience and knowledge in governance, risk management, internal audit, forensics and
ethics. He joined Massmart as an internal auditor in 1999 and held various leadership roles within audit
including the Chief Audit Executive position. Dhari Moodley was appointed to Chief Ethics & Compliance Executive
on 1 April 2017 and joined the Massmart executive committee in the same year.
