DJ Lady Lea

Passionate about making music, Lady Lea has been in the music and DJ industry for 16 years. Getting to know cd players and vinyls at the young age of 14 with her first residency at DNA in Pretoria, Lea’s talent was spotted quickly which landed her a second residency at ESP in Johannesburg. Since then Lea has been DJing around the world at various clubs, parties, raves, corporate events, fashion shows, festivals, parades, and sports games.

Lady Lea has been a guest DJ at most clubs in all major cities in and around South Africa, as well as in various other countries. Lea did a European tour in October 2006 and July 2008 , which included Amsterdam, Ibiza and the UK.

In 2007 she played at the German Love Parade to over 1.2 million people, as well as at the ICC T20 World Cup Cricket matches. Lady Lea has been booked to play at the German Love Parade again this year. On a weekly basis, Lady Lea is featured on various TV and Radio shows, as well as newspapers, magazines, web sites and flyers.

Lea started DJing 14 years ago using cd players, then moved on to vinyl one and a half years later. Lea is now playing on both cd players and vinyl.

Currently, Lea is one of the most booked DJ’s in South Africa. She has had over 20 residencies, and has been a guest DJ at almost every club in South Africa. Lea is professional, experienced and she always gets a good crowd response. Lea blends old and new sounds to create that sound that is unique to Lady Lea.
