Dr Madelise Grobler

Madelise is the Managing Director of Bytes People Solutions, a recognised leader and trusted advisor in Talent Management, Skills Development and Business Process Outsourcing for a large number of organisations in South Africa and Africa.

Madelise obtained her Master’s degree, cum laude, at the University of Pretoria, before a bursary allowed her to complete a Doctorate of Commerce (Informatics) degree at the University of Delft in the Netherlands. After lecturing for seven years at the University of Pretoria, she started her own IT-focused training company in 1996.  Three years later, she sold her business to CS Holdings and was appointed as the Managing Director of CS Education Solutions.  In 2004, CS Holdings was purchased by Bytes Technology Group and Madelise continued to occupy the position of Managing Director for the learning division that ultimately became Bytes People Solutions. In addition to the MD position, Madelise was appointed to the executive management team of the Bytes Technology Group.

Madelise is responsible for the day-to-day running of Bytes People Solutions. The organisation consists of assessment centres, contact centres, content development and on-line technology services, business process consulting, soft skills training and ICT learning solutions and currently employs more than 2000 people nationwide.
