PETER MUNGA

PETER MUNGA is a Certified Public Secretary with vast experience in both public and private sector management. PETER MUNGA holds two Honorary doctorates, Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) from The University of Nairobi, and Entrepreneurship (Honoris Causa) from Kenya Methodist University. He has a diploma in Human Resources and Financial Management. He has received the highest presidential award to a civilian, the First Class Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear (CBS) and also the Second Class Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (EGH) national decoration, for his outstanding contributions in economic development. Dr. Munga is the Chairman of Pioneer Group of Schools, Equatorial Nut Processors Ltd, Freshco Seeds Ltd and Murang’a Water and Sewerage Company (MWASCO). He is the current Chancellor of Pioneer International University. He is a Director with Britam Holdings Ltd and Housing Finance Group.
