Yasmin Jetha

Yasmin Jetha (65) holds a Masters degree in Management Science from Imperial College (London), and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She was awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree by the University of Leicester in 2005, and was made an honorary Fellow of the University of Bedfordshire in 2011. She is currently a non-executive director on the boards of The Royal Bank of Scotland Ring-Fenced Bank Entities and also Guardian Media Group in United Kingdom. During her executive career, Yasmin Jetha was Chief Information Officer at Bupa and prior to that Chief Operating Officer at the Financial Times. Dr. Jetha joined the board in September 2009 as an independent non-executive director and is the Chairman of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Strategy & Investments Committee, Africa.
