Drew Troyer
Asset Management Principal Director Accenture
Drew D. Troyer is a Principal Director with Accenture based in its Dallas, Texas USA office. He brings 30+ years of experience and thought leadership in the fields of industrial asset management, environmental sustainability, reliability engineering, and energy management – topics on which Drew has published more than 300 books, chapters, and articles. Known for his passionate and clear communication style, he’s a popular keynote speaker at conferences and symposia around the world. Drew is qualified as a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and a Certified Energy Manager. He earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) form Oklahoma City University (USA) and a master’s degree in environmental sustainability from Harvard University (USA).
Drew began his career in the USA Power Generation industry. He was among the innovators who created the transition to condition monitoring and condition-based maintenance. Those foundational strategies created in the latter 1980s and through the 1990s laid the foundation for asset management practices in high reliability organizations. In 1998, he cofounded Noria Corporation, where he served as CEO until 2010. More recently, he’s worked as a trusted advisor to mining and other industrial companies around the world. Recently, Drew’s been, and continues to be, deeply involved with Anglo American’s Global Asset Strategy & Reliability (AS&R) initiative over the past four years.
