Dudu Hlatshwayo

Dudu Hlatshwayo was appointed as a non-executive director of the Board of Airports Company South Africa in June 2018 and​​ is Chairman of the Board Investment Committee, member of the Social and Ethics Committee, a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Board Regulatory Committee. 

​Hlatswayo’s experience and expertise extend to corporate finance, business process re-engineering, organisational design, corporate strategy development and business planning, change management and project management. 

She has over 20 years’ solid business management experience and expertise across a broad range of areas. She was previously a Partner at Ernst & Young, director in the Corporate Finance division of Andisa Capital, General Manager at ABSA Retail Bank, Group Executive at Transnet and Product Manager at Telkom.

Dudu Hlatshwayo founded Change EQ, a corporate advisory firm in 2006. She holds a B Soc Sc (Honours) and an MBA.
