EBI ENAHOLO
Ebi Enaholo is an astute investment banker with over 13 years’ experience across financial advisory, project finance, capital issues, securities analysis and capital market operations in the Nigerian financial services sub sector. He is the Founder and Chief executive of Camden Yards Investments Limited, a fast growing business and financial advisory firm in Nigeria. His experience over the years has exposed him to various facets of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and project finance.
He was the Chief Operating Officer of Eurafric Sapele Power Plant Plc in April 2014 before he assumed his new role. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director, Investment Banking Division of Greenwich Trust Limited, a renowned investment banking firm in Nigeria. While he was there, he was responsible for the origination, execution and distribution of investment banking deals in the Group. He Joined Greenwich in 2005, and was head of the Financial Advisory unit and Group Executive, Corporate Finance Group at various times and was actively involved in several landmark transactions with a total transaction size in excess of N2trn within the equity and debt capital market of the Nigerian economy. In addition, he was a member of the investment committee and ICT committee in the Group and also member of the Securities and Exchange Commission sub-committee on rules and regulations in recognition of his experience in the Capital Market.
He commenced his investment banking career at Partnership Investment Limited where he rose to the position of Manager, Business Development and Information Technology City Finance & Securities Limited (a subsidiary of City Express Bank Plc) in 2004. Ebi is the Chairman of Zotam Farms Limited and non-executive director of Niger Insurance Plc, Gourmet Nibbles Limited and Danik Bureau De Change Limited. He was also a Director of Administration of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN) in 2013.
He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Ambrose Alli University and is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School after successfully completing the Chief Executive Programme (CEP 22) in November 2013. He is a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Manager and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has attended several domestic and international courses pertaining to Equity & Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Portfolio Management.
