Elaine Mabiletsa

Elaine Mabiletsa began her career as a Business Consultant at Gijima, where she later became a qualified Business Analyst. In 2011, she joined Absa Capital as a product controller for the Foreign Exchange Market. Elaine Mabiletsa then joined the front office as a Foreign Exchange trader and ultimately moved onto the FX sales desk. In 2015, she became a member of the JSE in South Africa team, managing Currency Derivatives in Capital Markets. She currently also serves as a committee member of the ACI.
