Emerencia Nguarambuka

Emerencia Nguarambuka has had over six years experience working in the public service as an Executive Assistant at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology. Emerencia?s responsibilities include producing reports on the implementation of government reform programs; stakeholder engagement; monitoring and evaluation of implementation of Cabinet decisions; and general administrative functions. Emerencia Nguarambuka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology and Sociology, obtained from the University of Namibia.She is a co-founder of Snappy Communications, which is an organization that offers a range of communication, public relations, and administrative services. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship program, Emerencia intends to use the knowledge and skills gained to improve service delivery in the Namibian public sector, particularly by focusing on accountability and transparency as a means through which to curb corruption. She also plans to join a local charity program aimed at empowering and uplifting young girls in Namibia.
