Emmanuel Yeboah Afful
Emmanuel Yeboah Afful has over six years’ experience in correctional management. He is a deputy superintendent of prisons at the Sunyani Central Prison in Ghana, where he designs reformation modules and supports prison inmates in acquiring livelihood skills. He is motivated to reduce recidivism and its concomitant effect on security in Ghana. Emmanuel Yeboah Afful holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Settlement Planning and thus applies scientific and systematic approaches to solving problems. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Emmanuel hopes to improve reformation in the Ghana prison service through partnerships with individuals and groups who share in the prisoner reformation agenda.
