Ernest Kerich

Ernest Kerich is the Director of Film Services and the Film Licensing Officer. He has worked in the public service for more than 35 years. He has worked at various Ministries, including the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Ministry of Tourism and Information, Ministry of Information, Ministry of Transport and Communications, and the Office of the President ( Presidential Press Service). He has a vast understanding of the film industry in Kenya and has attended various forums, festivals, and sensitization initiatives on film regulation, development and marketing both locally, regionally and internationally.
