Esward Munyangadzi

Esward Munyangadzi is the Property Valuer and has more than 21 years’ experience in real estate and is responsible for the valuation of client’s property portfolios, residential and commercial property sales, property leasing and the acquisition of properties for First Mutual Properties.

Esward Munyangadzi started off his career from Knight Frank Zimbabwe where he was a Senior Valuer (land and buildings). Prior to Knight Frank he was involved in residential property management/maintenance with Purkis Real Estate and mass valuations for rating valuation purposes with Rating Valuers (Private) Limited.

He is currently studying towards an MSc in Property Investment with the University College of Estate Management (In conjunction with the University of Reading (UK). Stayed in Zimbabwe.
