FAITH KHANYILE

FAITH KHANYILE was appointed as an independent director of the company on 10 August 2016.

FAITH KHANYILE is the CEO of WDB Investment Holdings (WDBIH) and has been associated with WDBIH for over 18 years as one of its
founding members.

She spent 12 years with Standard Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank (“CIB”) from 2001 to 2013 in various senior management and executive roles, including being the Head of Corporate Banking (2008 – 2013)
