Farah has been inspiring and uplifting communities and the youth from a very young age. She started her own business in 2017 after she had worked in the events and marketing industries for 10 years. She then made it a personal mission to create a work environment which elevated women, particularly women of colour and the youth in order to continue the growth of emerging women in South Africa. She now runs a successful internship where she provides graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order to kick-start their careers. She has also founded Entrepreneurs Communities such as The First Lady Chamber and Neonhive Connect which are both entrepreneurial platforms which aim to drive, support and educate entrepreneurs with the know-how to navigate within their start-ups and small businesses. Additionally in her own personal time has built relationships with mentees to give back her knowledge and understanding of growing, developing and improving within their businesses. Farah has also run many fundraising opportunities for the underprivileged communities in SA and globally as she is passionate about human rights, poverty and the development of youth women in South Africa, she is a selfless leader and advocate for women in her community and industry.

She was a nominee for the Standard Bank Top Women Awards in 2019.

She was also the Cover Girl for the Ladies in Business Magazine in Dubai and Africa in 2020.

She was featured on the She Leads Africa Platform on Instagram in 2021 and 2022.

She co-founded the First Lady Chamber in 2017, a women empowerment platform.

She raised R10 000 for Gaza to assist them with their medical supplies in 2019

She founded Neonhive Connect an entrepreneurs’ community and platform to assist the youth, entrepreneurs and career-driven individuals to develop and achieve their goals.

She raised R10 000 in 2022 toward the development of science labs in the underprivileged communities in Cape Town.

She runs monthly masterclasses with various subject professionals to empower, educate and inspire them to self-mastery.

Farah is a kind, genuine and caring soul. She gives selflessly of herself to everyone she meets. She is heavily invested in the growth of our future generation of leaders, particularly women and the development of their careers and growth as individuals.
