Felhie Urssa Sobazafy
Felhie Urssa Sobazafy has over four years of work experience in the public administration sector, focusing on decentralization and territorial administration. She currently works as partnership head of service at the Ministry of Interior and Decentralization where she identifies and provides technical training related to public administration, local development and decentralization for Ministry agents and territorial officials. Felhie holds a diploma in Civil Administration from the National Public Administration School of Madagascar and master’s degrees in National Public Law and Political Science from the University of Antananarivo. Felhie Urssa Sobazafy is firmly committed to effective decentralization that allows for fair distribution of resources for all Malagasies. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa), Felhie plans to continue her work in decentralization and local development by improving the capacity of local elected officials and leaders to develop their communities and municipalities.
