Felistus Ndawi

Felistus Ndawi is the Finance Director for Seed Co Zimbabwe (Pvt) Limited. She joined the Seed Co group in December 2006 as the Group Accountant. In January 2010 she was promoted to Group Treasurer in charge of securing funding for all Seed Co businesses in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana and South Africa. She then moved to her current Finance Director position in June 2012.

Felistus Ndawi trained for Articles of Accounting with KPMG Chartered Accountants between 2000 and 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science and Honours in Accounting Science both with the University of South Africa (ZCTA). She also holds a Certificate in International Cash Management with the Association for Corporate treasurers (UK) and is a Certified Financial Planner and Analyst with the Association for Finance Professional (AFP USA). Felistus is currently studying towards her Masters in Accounting Science with the University of South Africa.

Felistus was appointed in November 2016 to the Zimbabwe Competition and Tariff Commission as Vice Chairperson. She is serving on a three year term.

Married to Victor, the couple have two children Kundai and Gabrielle.
