Feziwe Mpaku
Feziwe Mpaku was born and raised in Soweto, Senaoane. Her love and passion for construction was cultivated by her parents. She is the Co-founder and CEO of IGBE Pty Ltd which she co-owns with her twin sister-Fezeka Mpaku
Her company IGBE Pty is a construction company that focuses on General Building, Civil Works and has now ventured into Alternative Building. He entrepreneurial journey started in 2014, which they only started trading in 2016 not for the lack of trying but were focused on solidifying their experiential muscle and industry knowledge. The company has partner with various public and private sector companies over the years, in their portfolio they have worked with Clients such as the Department of Health, McDonald ZA, Gerotek and mining companies ect.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Feziwe is a natural leader who inspires and empowers those around her. Her charismatic and inclusive leadership style fosters a collaborative environment where individuals thrive and achieve their full potential. Feziwe exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively communicating her vision and motivating team. She has voluntered in different organized business structures, such as the Black Business Council, Young Leaders Connect, South Africa BRICS Youth just to name a few. She has shared platforms were she has been a Program Director,she is a judge for the CIDB Erwic Awards. She has participated in various developmentatl programs such as the Raymond Ackerman Academy, Cherie Blair Foundations, The Richard Branson foundation and is currently part of the Orange Corners-South Africa.
Furthermore, Feziwe has demonstrated a deep commitment to social responsibility and community impact. She is a mentor, volunteered and provides both financial and non-financial support on different township sports programme, providing Financial support to Mzansi College Challenge. Phiri Saint German, a group of initiatives at the helm of proving support in sporting activities for the youth and women.
Additionally, Feziwe’s exceptional ability to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles is commendable. She possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, readily embracing risks and transforming setbacks into opportunities.
