Filinto Omar Martins Salla
Filinto Omar Martins Salla has over six years of experience managing development projects, especially those focused on social sectors. Currently, Mr. Martins Salla is the President of the National Youth Institute, which is Guinea-Bissau’s Department of State responsible for the coordination and implementation of youth development policies and programs. Filinto Omar holds a Master of Science in Microelectronic Systems of Telecommunications and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Fez ‘ Morocco. Filinto Omar Martins Salla is a development activist working on the socio-cultural, economic and technology sustainable development of his home country and Africa. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Filinto Omar plans to continue his work as a public servant and assume greater political responsibility in Guinea-Bissau.
