Florence Murerwa

Florence Joined TransCentury PLC as Group Human Resources Manager in 2017, prior to Joining TransCentury PLC, Florence worked for Bank of Africa as Head of Human resources for close to 6 years, involved in formulation of strategy, policies and procedures, management of organizational performance, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and organization design.

 

She has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources Management cutting across Manufacturing, Oil and Banking industries.

Florence has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kenyatta University and is a Member of Kenya Institute of Management.
