Folasade Morenikeji Bamisaye

Bamisaye Folasade holds a Master’s degree in Psychology Counselling from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. She has over eight years’ experience improving the psychosocial wellbeing of girls and women at the grassroots level. Bamisaye is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with Hygeia Foundation in Nigeria. Folasade Morenikeji Bamisaye is also the creator of Young Women Arise Initiative, which aims to empower girls and women to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health. Her organization provides referrals for family planning support.
