Foluso Phillips is a renowned business and management consultant and the founder and Executive Chairman of the respected Phillips Consulting Group, which is an industry leader in the provision of business advisory services, strategy development, training and human capacity management, corporate performance and recruitment services. He has steered the group with offices in Nigeria and South Africa for 20 years.

Foluso Phillips, who is also the immediate past Chairman of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group and Nigeria/ South Africa Chamber of Commerce, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Chartered Management Accountant of the United Kingdom. He brings into the Board of Directors of Institute of Human Virology Nigeria his wealth of experience and insight in management.

Several sectors and personalities in the Nigerian economy have benefitted from his experience in reputation management, organization development, general management, accounting, finance, and costing and management systems. He has also served as a consultant for Government agencies and departments, ministries, banks, insurance companies, manufacturing companies and other organizations

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Technology) degree in Industrial Economics and has management work experience both within the country and in the United Kingdom.
