Frank Cooper AO

Frank has more than 35 years’ experience in the accounting profession, specialising in the mining, energy and utilities sectors before taking on a number of Non-Executive Director roles in 2012.

He chairs South32’s risk and audit committee and is a member of the remuneration and the nomination and governance committees.
