Fuseina Abu

Fuseina Abu is Managing Director of Goldkey, and has overall responsibility for acquisitions, project delivery, marketing, sales and leasing, finance and administration. Her career spans over 15 years in real estate. Prior to joining Goldkey, as Finance Director of Skanska UK Development, she was responsible for driving the company’s financial and real-estate strategy and led a number of high-profile transactions. Prior to that she was Senior Finance Manager at Land Securities, the UK’s largest property company, where she had responsibility for the financial operational management of the Group’s £6 billion London office portfolio. Her career started at Grant Thornton UK LLP in audit and advisory, focusing on real-estate clients. Fuseina Abu holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Nottingham and is a fellow of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales).Stayed in South Africa.
