Gavin Bernstein

Gavin has had 20 years experience in Property Management and Property Development. He started at SIP Project Management in 1992 and then worked at Devland Holdings in 1999.  Gavin joined Investec property in early 2006 and heads up our Office Development team. He has been involved in a number of developments including Constantia Office Park, 1 Sandton Drive and Altech Autopage.  The refurbishment of 345 Rivonia Road, Innovation Group, General Electric, Investec Head Office, 124 Main Street Johannesburg, 4 Protea Place, Sandton.  Presently, 30 Jellicoe is under construction and will house Fluxmans Attorneys as their new Head Office. The Investec Data Recovery centre in Midrand will be completed shortly
