Gillian Fairfield

Gillian Fairfield began her career as an associate solicitor at Freshfields LLP where Gillian Fairfield worked for five years before moving to Herbert Smith Freehills LLP where she worked for 13 years, including nine years as a corporate partner. With over 20 years’ experience, Gillian is a leading lawyer in corporate finance, cross-border M&A and corporate law. She was awarded “Client Partner of the Year” in the British Legal Awards 2016 and has been featured in the Legal 500.

Gillian graduated from Edinburgh University in 1993 with a Masters in Russian and was admitted as a solicitor in March 1999.
