Glory Kapya Mulimba Ilunga

Glory Kapya Mulimba Ilunga has over four years of experience in the community development sector focusing on nonviolence education, civic engagement, peace-building, community organizing and youth leadership development. Currently, Glory is the founder and Executive Director of All For Social Justice, an NGO based in Lubumbashi/ DR Congo focusing on nonviolence education, women and youth leadership development and social entrepreneurship promotion. Previously, Glory Kapya Mulimba Ilunga was a social justice Intern with the United Methodist General Board of Church and Society at Men Can Stop Rape in Washington, DC. He also served for two years in the Philippines as a Peace and Advocacy assistant through the Global Mission Fellow program of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. Glory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Africa University, Zimbabwe. He is committed to bring nonviolent change through effective and nonviolent community engagement. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Glory plans to establish a center for leadership development, nonviolence education and civic engagement. This initiative will provide a space for children, young adults and women to acquire skills that will enable them to bring nonviolent change in the DR Congo through community engagement.
