Goitseone Modise

Goitseone Modise is tasked with providing professional legal, regulatory and board secretariat inputs to the creation and maintenance of a BTC business strategy that will deliver shareholder value.

She will also direct BTC’s legal, regulatory and board secretariat duties within the agreed strategic framework which will support the achievement of operational targets for profitability and customer satisfaction and to provide professional and administrative support to the BTC Foundation Board as well as ensuring BTC’s compliance with sector regulatory competition and commercial laws.

Goitseone possesses a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana with over ten years’ experience and is also a member of the Institute for Director’s Southern Africa. She previously worked for the Attorney General Chamber and Stanbic Bank as a Senior Manager .
