Goitseone Tshiamiso
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer as the Head of Service Quality, Goitseone Tshiamiso is responsible for the development of customer service frameworks and standards in line with best practices through being responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of a service wide quality assurance framework.
He will provide professional service quality inputs making sure financial benefits are realised, ensuring creation and maintenance of the BTC customer service quality strategy that will create and deliver shareholder value.
He will lead a robust participation strategy is implemented, seeking feedback from service users and other stakeholders on service provision to ensure they are fit for purpose and making recommendations when corrective action is needed. Goitseone possesses a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Botswana and is an Alumni of the University of Stellenbosch Management Development Programme and a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
