Graeme Bride has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Birmingham and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Graeme Bride has over twenty years industrial experience in the power, sugar and cement business. The last thirteen of these have been spent in Asia and Africa in Cement.

In Lafarge, he has held manufacturing roles in plant line management, head office and regional coordination, all in emerging markets.

Talent development, capacity expansion, business process and plant mastery have been his main focus and as expected, safety and the implementation of the culture and standards in plants. Stayed in Africa.
