Haruna Fatawa Ndahi
Haruna Fatawa Ndahi is an emerging entrepreneur and youth volunteer motivator with over five years’ experience in the livestock sector. Haruna is currently the overseer of Hirkur Hyel Vocation, a small scale business enterprise he established, which focuses on the production of poultry eggs, chickens, fish and livestock, as well as auto-poultry processing. Haruna offers free services – such as consultation and training for youth groups, women and a nearby institution – and also supplies water to the community as a corporate social responsibility. Haruna Fatawa Ndahi holds a postgraduate diploma in Animal Production and Health from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, and attended the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Entrepreneurship Development Centre. On return from the Fellowship, Haruna plans to expand agribusiness to employ more workers and build entrepreneurial training facilities where youths can learn the art of practical farming to reduce unemployment and youth restiveness.
