Hassan Awadh is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the adequacy of internal controls, risk management processes and corporate governance platforms in order to safeguard company assets and business performance.

Hassan Awadh joined the company in 2000 and has held various positions within the finance and audit departments in Kenya He previously worked with Siginon Freight Limited for 8 years.

Hassan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditors (CISA) , a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
