Heidi Rix

Heidi Rix joined Mara Delta as Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Heidi brings 18 years of commercial and real estate experience and holds a B.Com. LLB degree with further studies in the real estate industry, including an Advanced Diploma in Property Practice (cum laude). Prior to joining Mara Delta, Heidi worked at Broll Property Group where she was a Director and held the position of Managing Director: Investor Services with overall responsibility and accountability for the asset management, property management and retail leasing businesses.
