HENRY STAUNTON is responsible for the leadership of the Board, ensuring its effectiveness and setting its agenda. HENRY STAUNTON is a Chartered Accountant and joined the Board in 2010. Henry has extensive financial and commercial experience being a former Director of Granada and ITV, Chairman of Ashtead Group and Vice Chairman of Legal & General.
