Hugues Mayenge Nepanepa

Hugues Mayenge Nepanepa has over six years’ experience in public administration. He is currently the deputy managing director at the Special Economic Zones Agency, a government agency working to attract foreign private investment in the industrial sector. Hugues Mayenge Nepanepa holds a master’s degree in economics from Shandong University in China. He is passionate about institutional reforms, economic development, and education. In his community, he leads a mentoring program for teenagers at public schools and churches. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa), he wants to practice and help implement enhanced administrative procedures to benefit private investors in his country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
