Innocent Gumbochuma
Innocent Gumbochuma is currently a CFO at The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations(QCTO), a public entity under the Dept of Higher Education and Training. I have 15 years of experience in both private sector and public sector companies in various Accounting and Finance as well as Supply Chain Management roles. I am a Certified Chartered Accountant and hold an MBA and Bcom Hons in Accounting degrees. I am a firm believer in life long education to remain relevant in the ever changing environment. I have published a journal article in the international Journal, The Business Perspective, titled “Relationship between working capital management and profitability in JSE listed retail sector companies’’ and this article has been referenced and cited by many MBA students. I lead by example with extensive exposure to cultural diversity with above average emotional intelligence – I think and lead outside the box.As a young CFO who is still below 40 years of age, I believe young people should aspire to occupy Senior positions at an early age in order to run successful companies with their energy and innovativeness.Innocent Gumbochuma stayed in South Africa.
