Irina Unkovski is a qualified quantity surveyor, specialising in infrastructure procurement methods. She has close to 20 years’ experience working within the infrastructure and built environment industry, with both the public and private sector, on various infrastructure initiatives. Irina Unkovski has completed various consulting assignments mostly at National and Provincial Government levels specifically development of infrastructure on public-private partnership (PPPs) within transport, energy, resources, healthcare, education and commercial buildings.
