Isioma Omoshie-Okokuku was on June 1, 2016 elevated to the coveted position of Executive Director, Corporate and Legal Services. A distinguished and quick-witted legal luminary with over 27 years of professional experience in both public and private legal practices. Isioma Omoshie-Okokuku is widely recognised for her diligence, high probity, amiable strength of character and leadership marks; all of which, had helped in re-positioning the Legal and Compliance units of the company for better service delivery. On the balance, today the company is widely celebrated as the premium brand in the insurance space and an emerging leader in the provision of first-rate risk management solutions in Nigeria. During her tenure as Acting Managing Director, she determinedly charted a new course that ultimately redirected the company’s fortunes on the path of monumental growth especially, during a period of heightened turbulence in the economic state of the nation and insurance industry in particular. She studied law at the University of Benin (UNIBEN) where she received her first professional degree in Law – LLB in 1988 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989.
