Israely Ratovonavalonarivo Andrianjafiarisaona has eight years of work experience in the agri-food industry and over three years in consultancy and entrepreneurship. Currently, Israely Ratovonavalonarivo Andrianjafiarisaona is a Production Manager at the Water Bottling Plant of the Castel Group in Madagascar. He is also the Co-owner of a company specializing in expertise, design, and realization of facilities related to water exploitation such as waste-water treatment, industrial water treatment, and water supply.Israely holds a doctorate from the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar, where he focused on chemical engineering applied to industry and the environment by making use of the raw materials available in the country. Israely is strongly motivated to contribute actively in the creation of employment in Madagascar(Africa). He also wants to take part in the improvement of the economy of his country through local entrepreneurship on projects that valorize his various researches, especially in the fields of water exploitation and distillation technology.Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Israely plans to successfully carry out the project of extending the activity of his own company on the production of ethanol from cassava and the production of essential oils. This an opportunity to directly and indirectly create thousands of jobs and contribute to the growth of the national economy in a healthy environment.
