Jackline Ochola

Jackline Ochola has over eight years of leadership experience in the business sector. Currently working at Safaricom PLC, she embraces change, influences and motivates teams in project execution, and realizes successful results. Jackline is a team player, employing her networking skills to motivate teams to be innovative. She is a clear communicator who can provide clear direction and expectations. Jackline Ochola holds a master’s degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi with a focus on youth economic empowerment and mentorship. She is also the director of the Kenya Institute of Energy, where she focuses on equipping youth with energy-related skillsets for economic empowerment. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Jackline will continue promoting her vision of youth economic empowerment and mentorship.
